Fall 2015

Fall of my sophomore year proved to be just as exciting and difficult as I presumed. I took two studio classes, CAD and Pattern-making, and enjoyed them immensely. I've made my own patterns since junior year of high school, but never at the level of professionalism that I did in my pattern-making class. During my Freshman year we used Lectra Kaledo Print, a software designed for creating print designs and I made a collection of home textiles using that software that was successful. However, I wanted to challenge myself as a sophomore to make something that would reflect more of the program's and my own capabilities. While working on all three projects for CAD we used Lectra Kaledo print and my confidence working with that program grew as I used it.
